Limited Warranty Policy 

All Comotomo products include a one year warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. 

During the Warranty Period, Comotomo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty does not cover the following: 

• Normal wear and tear 

• Damaged caused from misuse/negligence

• Any aesthetic issues

  • Discoloration 

  • Sticky residue 

Please fill out our contact form and include the following information: 

• Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, and/or order number) 

• Photo of the defective item(s)

• Description of the issue

We will review your claim and reach out within 1-2 business days.
